Land Surveyor/CAD Technician

Land Surveyor/CAD Technician needed for our Yorktown office. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year prior experience. Experienced in the preparation of subdivision and site development plans/plats. Will work directly with licensed land surveyor/engineer. Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Job duties include but not limited to CAD preparation of site development plans, stormwater management plans, sanitary sewer extensions and roadway plans. Please note we are willing to train the right candidate. Candidate should live within driving distance to our Yorktown, Virginia office.

Candidates for this position should have:

-Prior Land Surveying Experience

-High School Diploma or Equivalent

-Minimum 1 year experience as Civil Engineer, CAD Technician or Land Survey Technician

-WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
